Started my Law Enforcement career in 2004 in Northeast Texas.  Police academy in Arlington at the North East Texas Council of Government BCAPS.  Made it through the old school FTO program and earned my spot on deep nights!  Assigned  to the TAC/SWAT team in 2006, Honor Guard 2007, Field Training Officer in 2009.  Parted ways with my department in 2011 to move on to a new adventure.  I was hired as a chief of an ISD in Northeast Texas where I remain to this day!  With so many awesome stories and experiences to share I decided to start this podcast with some friends that I've had the privilege of knowing and working with for years.
